Winter Charge 2007

We spent a few days in between Christmas and New Years at camp with the teens, and did we ever have a great time!
We did some Octopus Bowling-way fun, although there were some technical difficulties: the slimy octopus kept sticking to the icy pond.
We built some awesome snow forts, and had the Be All and End All of Snowball Wars.

Camp really wore out Eric...
And it had some weird effects on the girls.
But, the Lord was with us, and His Spirit moved amoung us.
Jason did a wonderful job of planning, organizing and leading us.

Here is the beautiful porch in front of the dining hall. There are no nails in the porch-it is completely constructed of wood, including the pegs used to connect the beams together.
We had a super time, and we are looking forward to Summer Camp now. Our theme this summer is "The Lord's Army". We can't wait!

Oh! That looks like so much fun! However, the sun is out today in WA for the first time in quite awhile and after living in MI for 3 years, I know that the snow will stay for a LONG time!
